Most extended health plans provide partial or full coverage for our services. You should ask your employer what your benefit plan covers. At the end of each treatment a receipt will be written, which you can submit for reimbursement from your insurance company. With the new OHIP plan no therapy services such as, physiotherapy, chiropratic therapy, massage therapy, athletic therapy, and kinesiology are covered by OHIP.
If you are interested in adding Athletic Therapy to your insurance plan you can submit these insurance forms on your behalf or on CATA’s behalf to your company.
